What an executive assistant does
Owns your inbox with agreed triage rules. Runs your calendar and defends your focus time. Books and manages travel. Preps you for meetings and chases the follow-ups afterwards. Coordinates with contractors, vendors and internal team members so requests don't sit in your queue. Handles personal admin if you want them to.
Who this hire is for
Founders and senior leaders in service businesses who've admitted they're the bottleneck on everything and are ready to give someone else real authority to move. It's not for you if you're not willing to hand over the inbox or say yes to decisions someone else makes on your behalf.
How we set the role up
Before day one we document the triage rules, the standing meetings, the people they'll coordinate with, and the reporting cadence. In the first 30 days a senior onshore expert reviews the work you can't yet judge and coaches both sides. Support is heavy early and fades to light as trust builds.
Pricing
Part-time from $1,500 per month plus tech. Full-time from $2,000 per month plus tech. Minimum three months. Pricing tracks seniority.
Frequently asked questions
Can an EA really run my inbox?
Yes, with agreed triage rules, a shared understanding of who matters and why, and a couple of weeks of close feedback. Most founders start with read-only access and expand from there.
What time zone will they work?
Manila is one to three hours behind AEST depending on daylight saving, so a Philippines EA can work your business hours with no forced night shifts.
How is this different from a recruiter placing an EA?
The senior support around the placement is the product. Setup, QA, coaching and management sit with us, not on your desk.
