Role clarity first. Then real testing (not just interviews): behavioural questions, English proficiency assessment, role-specific work samples, and senior expert endorsement (\"I would hire this person\"). Background checks. Then a documented onboarding plan that starts before day one, not on day one.
The first 30 days
A senior onshore expert stands next to you. They review outputs you can't yet judge. They spot the things that will become problems if left alone. They coach both sides. Login and logout tracking, daily beginning-of-day and end-of-day reports, and weekly reviews are built in. Support is heavy early, then fades as trust builds.
Compliance and risk, off your desk
Our Philippines entity holds the employment, the Fair Work classification risk, and the local statutory obligations. NDAs and IP assignment are standard. Cyber baseline via NordLayer and managed devices. The risks you shouldn't be carrying, aren't.
Our guarantee
If the placement doesn't meet the agreed standard within 60 days, we replace at no extra cost. Minimum commitment is three months, then month to month.

How quickly can I hire a virtual assistant?
Once the role is scoped and approved, matched candidates usually within one to two weeks and a start date one to two weeks after that. We won't rush a match that isn't right.
Can I hire a VA on a trial?
The 60-day replacement guarantee is the trial. Three-month minimum sits with the placement, not the person: if the person isn't right, we replace inside the same commitment.
What's included in the monthly fee?
The VA's time, the senior expert oversight, the compliant employment, the standard tools we provide, and the onboarding and management support. Your own software licences sit outside.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to hire for?
No, but you need to be willing to work through it with us. The strategy call is where we get the role clear enough to hire against.
