Why the Philippines for a VA
English fluency at a level that works for written and voice roles. A time zone that overlaps the AU and NZ working day without forced night shifts. A workforce that's been supporting Western businesses for two decades, so the cultural translation load is small. Cost that lets a founder-led business afford a dedicated person instead of a fractional agency.
What our Philippines VAs do
Marketing execution, sales support, customer service, executive assistance, platform admin, automations. Whatever role you've properly scoped, we'll place a dedicated person against it. If we can't place well against your brief, we'll say so rather than sell you a warm body.
How we work (why this isn't a recruiter)
Before day one we build the position description, the tooling access, the playbooks and the reporting cadence. A senior onshore expert runs the first 30 days closely, reviewing work you can't yet judge and coaching both sides. Support is heavy early, then fades to light as you get better at leading the role yourself.
Compliance handled locally
Our Philippines entity employs the person, holds the Fair Work classification risk, manages statutory obligations, and sets the baseline for NDAs, IP and cyber. You're not left holding the risk you didn't sign up for.
Pricing
Part-time (around 20 hours a week) from $1,500 to $2,000 per month plus tech. Full-time (around 40 hours a week) from $2,000 to $3,000 per month plus tech. Minimum three months. Pricing tracks the talent profile you need.
The guarantee
If the placement doesn't meet the agreed standard within 60 days, we replace at no extra cost. Capacity is capped on purpose. Once we're full, it's a waitlist.
Frequently asked questions
What time zone will my Philippines VA work?
Manila is one to three hours behind AEST depending on daylight saving. Your VA works your business hours, no forced night shifts.
How is this different from hiring on Upwork or OnlineJobs.ph?
On a marketplace you carry the vetting, the classification risk, the setup, the QA and the management. Here the entity, the setup and the senior support are the product. That's the reason offshore hires actually stick.
Can I hire a full-time VA in the Philippines through you?
Yes. Full-time from $2,000 per month plus tech. Dedicated to your business, not shared across clients.
Do I need to set up a Philippines entity?
No. We employ through our entity. You get compliant employment without the overhead of setting one up yourself.
